Shipping Policy
We only ship to the contiguous lower 48 states and the District of Columbia. Bikes shipping within the United States may qualify for free shipping. Bulk orders or freight do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping only applies to bicycles. Accessories and parts may have shipping charges applied if the order total is under $100.
We do not ship internationally at this time. If you have arranged to ship your bike internationally, you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes associated with the import of the bike.
We do not provide service or warranty to bikes you ship internationally. If replacement parts are necessary, the customer is required to pay all shipping and part costs, including import fees and taxes.
If you are planning to use any third-party shipping, we cannot provide ANY additional shipping information or documentation.
Our products are usually shipped within 2-10 business days (except when the product being purchased is a pre-order) using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
When pre-ordering a product, the estimated date of shipment will be listed under the product title on the website.
If you order an eBike, your battery may ship separately.
In this event, you will receive a separate tracking number for your battery. This will help to expedite your overall shipping process.
There are in some cases delays between the time when a customer is sent the shipping confirmation email and the time when the package is scanned in at a Carrier facility.
The estimated shipping date when tracking the package on the Carrier website will not be accurate until the carrier has scanned the package into their system.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1502 E Buckeye Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85034.
You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a product refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We do not ship to APO or PO addresses. If you have your bike sent to an APO or PO address and it is refused and you wish to cancel your order, a restocking fee up to $300 may be applied.
Lectric eBikes is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise that is the result of handling by a shipping carrier.
No matter where you are located, it is your responsibility to follow the rules and regulations of your locality concerning the proper and lawful use of electric bicycles.

Returns & Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the time you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking information. If you cancel after your order has been sent you are responsible for the return shipping fee.
In addition, the original shipping fee we incurred to send the bike to you will not be refunded (even when ‘free’ shipping is advertised). Our refund policy is ‘All Sales Final’. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange after the bike has shipped.
If you make a purchase from outside of the United States, currency conversion charges may be applied by your credit card company and Shopify (the payment processor). You will be responsible for all of these charges. Lectric eBikes can only refund in USD up to the full amount of your original purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be: unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it, and there must be a good reason for the return. In addition, the item must be in the original packaging. You may be charged a restocking fee of up to $300 at our sole discretion for any returns or exchanges.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us until we have authorized the return in writing.
If you order a product by mistake you will be charged according to this policy.
Accessories and apparel are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Lectric eBikes reserves the right to withhold up to the full value of the refund if the bike is in poor condition upon receipt. A restocking fee of up to $300 may be applied. If the bike has been in your possession for 14 days or has been ridden it will not be eligible for return.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are severely defective or extremely damaged. If you believe you may be eligible for an exchange or replacement, please email support at contact@lectricebikes.com.
